I am trying to track down Alek Kasparov, formerly of Moscow, who should be
well known to a number of Russian indy bands. Alek used to work at Radio
Maximum and then he was working in Warsaw, I think, for EMI. If you know
where he is, or how I can get in touch with him, I'd appreciate your help.

Sergey was one of my best friends in the whole world. He was also a GREAT ARTIST!
During the last year and a half we toured many countries together and recorded enough
music for about 3 CD's worth of material. Please watch for these releases on various
Japanese and European labels. All the profits will go to his family.

ANNOUNCEMENT

PROMOTIONAL OFFER FROM DELINQUENT RECORDS. THIS IS A COPY
OF WHAT Nancy Chandler SENT ME. PLEASE DIRECT ALL QUESTIONS
TO HER : delinq@net-master.net
In the music industry today, not being with a major label or a
prominant independent can be devastating to your career and equally
difficult to your ego.
Today options and progress for an independent artist are where you it.
Therefore, Delinquent
Records, as an indie label leaves no stone unturned in search of
progress for our artists.
Our plan of action involves promoting 16-20 artists via the
"Delinquent Records Compilation II CD: It's Indie Rock'n'Roll . . . but
I like it". It will generally serve as a
demo tape or sampler to the distributors and publications. Delinquent
has realized a greater chance of positive results for each artist when
there is a larger roster of artists to evaluate.
Because our response has already reached a number that is
impossible to provide tracks to all the artists contacting Delinquent, we
ask for a cassette copy first
for consideration. If you already have product on CD, please send.
When the final
choices are made, Delinquent Records will need a DAT tape copy, CD or a
CD-R. This will be for the actual editing and mastering for the
compilation CD. You can view our webpage for Delinquent at:
www.net-master.net/~delinq/index.html.
Please feel free to email Delinquent Records about any
additional questions and
information. Send your tapes and CDs for consideration to:
